ANIMALxBAKERY

Bringing up the East coast riding post from the other day, watch Butcher, Brennan and shop friend and local, Jared Washington kill it at the bakery. They definitely brought that east coast style through with some original shit that we're not used to seeing at the bakery... one barspin and no tail whips shows all original creative riding.

STREET.

A lot of people are gonna ask why I'm posting a dans comp related video here... fuck it. its a video that deserves to be seen. The whole reason for this post is, after seeing a comment on a site speaking on a bakery preheating edit saying "Im really not expecting much from this crew, compared to every other crew that goes there, but I sure hope they prove me wrong. NY riding is too boring."  Now saying he isn't expecting much from a crew of legends like Butcher, Brennan, and Jared to start is retarded... all 3 dudes kill it and have a lot into the background of what street is nowadays. Part 2, saying NY/ east coast riding is boring is ridiculous... the east coast is the heart of original street riding, yes the west coast is always sunny and nice with perfect spots on every corner but east coast street is more an art than just riding.. we look into every little curb, crack, jib along a street that we can to piece together a line. Now don't get me wrong... I love all types of riding from people all over the world. do I favor east coast riding?.. yes. Its what i relate to. do I hate on anyone else's riding based on their surroundings?.. no. thats all I'm trying to point out, don't hate on something you don't know nothing about, thank you. Now peep true creative steezed out riding... product of his environment, Chase Dehart.

GAME CHANGER

CULT just dropped their line of 12', 16', and 18' bikes to add on to the existing 20' line of complete bikes. No other bmx company has really taken on the task of creating a true bmx line of smaller bikes before so this is a pretty big deal. With the rise of scooters lately starting as young kids sticking to it as they get older this can ultimately cut back on the growth of scootering and keep bmx alive.. no more "I'm too small for a bike" or "i don't have enough money for a bike" cause they're also cost efficient and light. Available at nation bmx next week. Now watch 8 year old Max Vu kill it on a 12'... its seriously adorable haha.
